1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Interview Remedy ("Service"), operated by Scriptimiz Insight LLP ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

2. Description of Services

Interview Remedy provides AI-powered interview preparation tools including:

• Mock interview simulations with AI scoring and feedback
• Live interview scheduling and management for companies
• Multiple choice question (MCQ) practice quizzes
• Coding practice problems with automated testing
• Resume parsing and AI-generated interview questions
• Interview question bank across multiple categories
• Proctoring and recording features for remote interviews

Services are provided "as is" and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to access most features. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and current information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use

You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to circumvent proctoring or cheat during assessments
• Share account credentials with others
• Scrape, crawl, or copy content from the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Upload malicious code or interfere with the Service's operation

Violation of acceptable use may result in immediate account termination without refund.

5. Payments & Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly as selected. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay.

• Billing: Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period
• Cancellation: You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period
• Refunds: Please refer to our Refund Policy
• Price changes: We will notify you 30 days in advance of any price changes
• Taxes: Prices are inclusive of applicable GST

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Interview Remedy — including text, graphics, logos, AI-generated content, questions, and software — is the property of Scriptimiz Insight LLP and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of content you upload (resumes, code submissions). By uploading, you grant us a limited licence to process and display it for providing the Service.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• AI-generated feedback, scores, or questions will be accurate or suitable for your specific needs
• Using the Service will guarantee interview success or employment

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scriptimiz Insight LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Governing Law & Contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
