Refund Policy

Individual Pro Plans

Monthly Plan

We offer a 7-day full refund for monthly Pro subscriptions if you are not satisfied. To request a refund within 7 days of purchase, contact us at support@scriptimiz.com with your registered email and payment details.

Yearly Plan

We offer a 14-day full refund for yearly Pro subscriptions. After 14 days, no refund is available for yearly plans, but you will retain access until the end of the billing period.

Company Plans

Company plan refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us within 7 days of purchase if you are unsatisfied. We will review usage and provide a fair resolution.

No refund is available if:

• More than 50% of the plan's interview quota has been used
• The refund request is made after 7 days of purchase
• The account was suspended for Terms of Service violations

Free Trial

The 14-day company free trial is completely free — no payment, no refund needed.

How to Request a Refund

1. Email support@scriptimiz.com with subject line "Refund Request"
2. Include your registered email address and Razorpay payment ID
3. We will process eligible refunds within 5–7 business days
4. Refunds are credited to the original payment method

Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. The actual credit to your account depends on your bank or card issuer (typically 3–10 business days).
